At Western Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new attire doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
